About the role:
In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.
To be eligible for this role, you will need to present:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- NDIS Workers Orientation module (certificate of completion)
- Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Valid Victorian Driver’s License
- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
