The Opportunity

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives through housing development? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Development Support Officer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting the future of our property and development pipeline.

As the Development Support Officer, you will be assisting the team by providing dynamic project support ensuring that Junction can continue to provide even more suitable housing for South Australians. Your new role will support the delivery of our housing development projects through bringing to the team a collaborative project support approach, attention to detail and strong organisational skills. In addition, your excellent communication skills will be critical as you liaise with internal and external stakeholders, organising documentation and supporting key reporting requirements.

About You

We are seeking a highly efficient person who:

  • Has demonstrated experience in providing project support in a medium-sized organisation
  • Has demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment
  • Has the ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service focus
  • Holds a degree or tertiary qualification in a construction, property or finance related field, or equivalent property industry experience, or currently studying in a relevant field

You Will Need To:
