About the Opportunity
An exciting new opportunity to develop and deliver innovative environmental extension programs for the Mitchell community, to promote and encourage sustainable land management on private land.
As part of a diverse and dynamic Environment and Sustainability Team, the role will build and maintain positive relationships with rural landholders, advising and guiding them to manage their land in a sustainable manner.
This role is a permanent part-time opportunity, 4 days per week. Remuneration begins at $85.9K to $93.4K pro rata (Band 6) plus superannuation.
About You
The ideal candidate will collaborate with key partners including community groups, such as landcare, other local governments and state government departments and agencies to deliver a coordinated and efficient approach to sustainable land management on private land.
