About the opportunity
As a casual Educator at our new Outside School Hours Care programs, you will be part of a growing team of Educators delivering After School programs that support the wider community and provide high quality education and care to children.
Operating the program from a shared spaces at our partner schools, you will have availabilities to work Monday to Friday from 3pm – 6.00pm and during school holidays at our Holiday Programs. As the service grows through strong community engagement, there is also the opportunity for more hours in Vacation Care.
Working to one of the National or Victorian early learning frameworks, you will:
- Support the development an educational program that meets the interests and abilities of each child.
- Help to increase enrolments and build the program to include other services that meet community needs
- Contribute to a quality and diverse educational program that sees every child actively participate.

About you
You enjoy working autonomously while being part of, and supported by, a collaborative and forward-thinking team. You can develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, with empathy and support at the forefront of your work.
You’ll also bring with you:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent Approved Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority qualification (please check Position Description)
- Experience gained in Early Childhood or engaging with children in some capacity
- Strong organisation and planning skills, including high attention to detail.
