Position Details:

Summary of Duties: 

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for providing a variety of support to Facilities Operations. Assignments include general office duties such as reconciliation, purchasing support, project support, 25-live (Event Management), AIM Data Entry and other various related tasks. Develop and maintain tracking systems; maintain electronic and paper filing systems; have frequent contact with departmental, and university staff; and ensure compliance with departmental, institutional, and state rules and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School graduation or equivalent and two years of clerical experience; OR equivalent education/experience.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and MS Office software programs.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Office support experience working in higher education, local, or state, or equivalent.

  • Experience with interpreting and adhering to organizational, state and Federal policies and regulations.

Monthly Salary:

Range 34, $2,940.00 – $3,883.00 (Steps A – M)

Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28 .
