Carinity Home Care – Bundaberg has an exciting opportunity for a new team member to join the team working on a full time basis in the position of Lifestyle Coordinator.

About the role:

In the role of Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be accountable for leading and developing a team of Lifestyle Carers to deliver Home Care Services providing client-focused high-quality care to the elderly in their own homes. This position is offered on a full time basis and requires the candidate to have strong business acumen to continue the growth of home care and associated services such as Transition Care and Veterans Home Care in this region.

What do I need for the role? 

  • Available to work Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 16:06 pm) + shared on call
  • Demonstrated experience in Staff and Program Management, including an understanding of funding and operational guidelines for delivering home care packages and associated services 
  • Expertise in supporting frail aged clients to stay living at home 
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with internal and external stakeholders
