Ecolab has an opportunity within Enterprise Technology Solutions (IT) for an Operations Analyst to join our Client Services Team.Client Services is a Tier 2 team that are considered the face of ETS support for our user base. The role involves both remote and face-to-face interactions and offers opportunities to provide support and develop working relationships across Europe. The role will be based in the UK Headquarters in Northwich.Key responsibilities:Providing IT support to end users based across Market North regions of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Netherlands, Nordics and Switzerland.Liaise with partners and vendors on IT related user support.Perform incident and problem analysis to resolve or escalate incidents and requests.Perform implementation support.Attend end-user meetings as requested.Work with ETS global support teams to act as a local ‘hands and eyes’ resource as required to ensure regional infrastructure is maintained at a high service availability level.Creation and upkeep of Knowledge Base articles.Creation of training materials for end users at all IT knowledge levelsCandidates must have:Degree and or relevant qualification in technical field and at least 3 years of IT experience including 2 years in a technical customer support role.Full driving license as travel to provide onsite support to various UK sites required.A valid passport as the opportunity to travel within the European region is part of the role.Customer service focused skills.
