Children’s Ministry Lead

Shirley Baptist Church, Solihull is excited to advertise this Children’s Ministry Lead role.  We are passionate about children and families and look forward to a new staff member joining this exciting and vital area of ministry.

The overall goal of the Children’s Ministry Lead is to create an environment where all children and their families know God’s love and are encouraged to show His love to others.   This will be done in partnership with our current Children’s Ministry Lead and working closely alongside the Church Ministry Lead as a part of the staff team.

Key dates:

• Closing date for applications:  10th April 2024.  Shortlisting will happen soon after this. 
• Interviews: two available interview dates are 25th and 30th April.  A church visit for those in the interview process will be either the 5th or 12th May with the intention to offer the role the 3rd or 4th week in May. 
• Part-time – 20 hours per week
• Salary £15,000
