This provider pride themselves on being the centre of clinical excellence in occupational health to provide a safe and healthy working environment for not only their clients but also their employees.As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be working autonomously within a small, well-knit team, giving you the opportunity to put people at the heart of your role. You will be supporting the Occupational Health Manager to advise, monitor and assess clinical practice of the wider team. You will also be responsible for case management and health surveillance, assessing fitness to work and assisting in making reasonable adjustments, if necessary, which will really make a difference to the lives of those you are working with. You will also be able to assist in the design and implementation of Health Promotion initiatives to further improve the lives of those you are working with. As a successful candidate for the role, you must have previous experience within case management.What’s in it for you?

Requirements

• Registered with the NMC
• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health preferable
• Good experience with case management is essential.
• Proficient in IT
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Employment Legislation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
