Salary: $99,700.00 – $146,413.00 per year (excludes locality pay). Salary varies based on location.

Description of Position: DRG/ACC is a dynamic and fast-paced Center that leads USAID’s efforts to transform the fight against corruption, within countries and transnationally, and blunt corruption’s impact on development and democracy. ACC’s Experimentation, Innovation, and Learning (EIL) Team leads USAID’s efforts to develop, scale, and learn from game-changing solutions and collaborations and to seed, disseminate, and socialize cutting-edge monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning.
Working as an integral member of the EIL Team, the Senior Innovation Advisor strengthens and supports USAID’s capacity to use experimentation and innovation to address corruption and promote good governance by providing cutting-edge and responsive innovation technical expertise, support, and leadership within and outside USAID, including through the Countering Transnational Corruption Grand Challenge for Development, support to USAID Missions and other operating units, engagement with partners, and coordination with the broader innovation and anti-corruption communities. The position reports to ACC’s EIL Team Lead and works in close collaboration with other ACC staff members.
