Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Sales Administrator? Can you get to Smethwick?We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support the Internal Sales Managers with good service and admin support delivering excellent customer service.Main duties include:

  • Processing a high volume of customer orders.
  • Following up Order confirmations.
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
  • Conducting inbound & outbound service calls to customers.
  • Supporting the Internal Sales Managers and ASM’s with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Provide support for the Internal Sales Managers when needed.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Proven sales order processing experience
  • Experience with MS Office programmes
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
