Job DescriptionAre you an experienced Sales Administrator? Can you get to Smethwick?We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support the Internal Sales Managers with good service and admin support delivering excellent customer service.Main duties include:
- Processing a high volume of customer orders.
- Following up Order confirmations.
- Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
- Conducting inbound & outbound service calls to customers.
- Supporting the Internal Sales Managers and ASM’s with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Provide support for the Internal Sales Managers when needed.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Proven sales order processing experience
- Experience with MS Office programmes
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
