Director of Mobilisation and Partnership Development
Greater Europe Mission UK, a growing UK mission organisation dedicated to making disciples
and building Christ’s church, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Mobilisation and
Partnership Development to join our team. This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to
shape our organisation’s future by enhancing our mobilisation efforts and developing strategic
partnerships.

Location: within the UK (with options for flexible working arrangements)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance resource mobilisation and partnership
development.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, including churches, organisations,
and individual supporters.
• Lead and mentor a team dedicated to advancing our mission through strategic
partnerships.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment of partnership activities with our
mission and objectives.

We’re Looking For Someone With:
• Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Commitment to the organisation’s mission and values.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, partnership development, and team leadership.
• A deep understanding of the UK church landscape and experience working with
religious and community organisations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for our mission and a commitment to making a difference.
