Introduction
Dear Bidder,
UNDP in collaboration with MOH would like to roll out a current Lab Connectivity program and also include sample and results return tracking capability. The Sample Tracking and Results Return initiative aims to optimize the efficiency and seamless integration of sample tracking and results transmission, specifically for the diagnosis of HIV, tuberculosis, and malaria in Benguela, Cuanza Sul and Bié provinces.
SCOPE OF TENDER
Services will be required for the period April 1, 2024, to June 20, 2027. The intention is to have an overlap period from April 1 to June 30, 2024, when the contract with the current service provider ends. During the overlap period, the sample tracking and results reporting system will need to be configured and piloted before scale up from July 1, 2024
The procurement includes:
- Hardware, equipment and necessary software configuration and customization
- Platform deployment
- Implementation training workshops as required
- Ongoing technical support during the contract period
