About the role
Personal Carers work under the direction of the registered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment. This role is responsible for the provision of preventative, palliative, and rehabilitative clinical care for residents.
Availability to work a variety of shifts which could include morning, afternoon and night at least Monday to Wednesday.
What do I need for the role?
- Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support or working towards
- Experience working in a similar environment (Aged Care preferred)
- Genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence
