• Organic reach through the development of grass root segmented groups is developed.

Qualifications, Specialized Experience And Additional Competencies:

• Master’s degree in public health, Communication, Social Science, or a relevant field.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field may be considered with significant experience, more than 10 but less than 20 years.
• More than 10 but less than 20 years experience in the field.
• Strong understanding of UNICEF’s RapidPro and IOGT software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in social media marketing and engagement strategies, particularly for public health communication.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in project management, including budget oversight and delivering, working with government partners is an ad-plus.
• Proven experience in managing and developing digital platforms for vulnerable communities or in health contexts.
• Experience in social listening tools and reporting
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
