UNDP Vietnam is seeking for 01 National Consultant for for technical supports the implementation of project
On December 14 2022, Viet Nam together with the International Partners Group (IPG), consisting of the European Union, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United States of America, Japan, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of France, the Italian Republic, Canada, the Kingdom of Denmark and the Kingdom of Norway and EU , agreed to a new Just Energy Transition Partnership (JET-P) that will mobilize $15.5 billion of public and private finance between the next 3 to 5 years to support Viet Nam to achieve its ambitious Net Zero 2050 goal. The “Just Energy Transition Partnership” is a long-term, ambitious partnership to support Viet Nam’s low-emission and climate resilient development, as well as to support Viet Nam to accelerate the just transition and decarbonisation of the electricity system and develop new economic opportunities to support Viet Nam’s transition towards net zero future.”
UNDP Viet Nam is looking for a National Technical Consultant to provide technical support the implementation of the projects on green energy transition, green transportation development, MRV and mechanisms for promoting investment in green projects in Vietnam.

Female consultants are encouraged to bid for this required service. Preference will be given to equally technically qualified female consultants. Submission obtaining the highest weighted points (technical points + financial points) will be selected subject to positive reference checks on the consultant’s past performance. Interviews with the candidates may be held if deemed necessary.
Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
