Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Support the Head of the EMEA Government Affairs Team with agenda management and co-ordination of travel arrangements
  • Support EMEA Government Affairs team: perform and manage procurement processes, workflows (for all memberships/sponsorships) and act as a point of contact for vendors and partners; execution of budget planning and budget management for the EMEA team
  • Monitor and conduct desktop research on various ICT related policy areas (e.g.: cybersecurity, data policies, industry 4.0, e-health etc.)
  • Assistance in preparation of briefings, updates, presentations, policy analyses on various ICT related policy areas
  • Support development and execution of thought leadership strategies and positioning SAP Executives

 

 

Desired Qualifications

 

  • Master degree or equivalent education are in EU Studies, Political Science, International Relations 
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and planning skills.
  • Commitment to operational excellence in assigned tasks.
  • Team-oriented, open-mindedness and highly motivated person
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver highest quality work under time constraints and in complex environments
  • Strong knowledge of communication and presentation tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
  • Accuracy / attention to detail / focus on quality

 

This position is a paid, full-time role, requiring 38 hours of work per week.
