We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses committed to the highest quality care for our Clients.
The opportunity
As a Registered Nurse with Silverchain you will assist clients with:
- Management of medications, wounds, dementia, diabetes, urinary catheters and stomal therapy
- In home respite
- Social support
- Start dates
- Immediate starts are available. Alternatively, you can let us know when you’re planning to start work and we can reserve your placement in advance.
- Shifts and rosters
- We have a range of casual opportunities to suit your availability.
- We welcome enquiries for half days or during school hours.
