Chief Financial Officer

Arena Stage is seeking qualified candidates to serve as its next
Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  The CFO is a critical member
of the Senior Management Team and important ally to Arena’s
co-leaders providing operational leadership and oversight in all
matters of ongoing financial management, accounting and strategic
business development. As a decisive “big picture” thinker, the CFO
will be a collaborative and forward-thinking leader, someone who
positively engages with people, always prioritizing a proactive
approach to helping to solve problems and understanding how to work
with a varied set of institutional needs in the ongoing production
and presentation of extraordinary theater experiences. The CFO will
be well-organized, able to manage, prioritize and delegate so that
ongoing operations and the overall financial life of the company

Fichandler, Tom Fichandler, and Edward Magnum as one of the
nation’s first significant regional theaters based in and for its
