How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
We are seeking a Talent and Employee Experience Manager to join our COE. The COE aims to deliver design of talent programs and definition of best practices to develop a diverse pool of talents and to grow leadership capabilities. Deliver operational support to HRBPs in talent management programs and processes as well as in EX initiatives to ensure people growth and sustainability of the organizations.
How you will make an impact:
- Be an expert in Talent Management processes & programs;
- Harmonize and converge talent management programs and processes across the organisation, leveraging Workday and best practice sharing;
- Upskill HR teams of entities with lower maturity levels to ensure common standards within Healthcare;
- Drive the implementation, act as subject matter expert and key point of contact (both for the Group, Hub COE’s as for the HR teams) of the different Group Talent Management Programs such as TCL, Allex, HR Review, Key Population Management & Succession planning;
- Get to know Healthcare’s key talents and advise on career & development options;
- Promote talent management mindset and facilitate workshops and trainings to HR and business leaders as per demand HR community to reach;
- Drive and follow-up Healthcare Inclusion & Diversity roadmap and actions in collaboration with entities by sharing initiatives, good practices and success stories;
- Promote mindset on unconscious bias and culture of inclusion;
- Design, develop and deliver together with local entities programs that will improve the employee and manager experience;
- Innovate and experiment with new practices that will create a unique employee & manager experience;
- Lead implementation of Workday Talent & Performance module;
- Conduct relevant trainings to HRBPs in coordination with Cluster and/or Hub Talent Managers;
- Promote usage and new ways of working with Workday Talent & Performance.
As the Talent and Employee Experience Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders including:
- HR Directors and their local HR Teams;
- Hub COE’s of the respective scope;
- Group COE’s for the respective topics;
- Key populations such as IHP & TCL members;
- Leadership teams of Healthcare entities relative to a specific business need.
Are you a MATCH?
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Relevant degree with a major in HR or relevant field;
- Experience of working in a large, international and matrixed organization, ideally in Talent Management, HR Program Management or as HR Business Partner;
- Working in a multicultural environment;
- Experience in delivering trainings.
