About the opportunity
We have an exciting new opportunity for a passionate administration professional to join our HACC PYP Program (Home and Community Care Program For Younger People). HACC PYP supports younger people with disabilities or medical/health conditions, and their respective carers to live as independently as possible in their own homes. The Program assists with a range of daily activities including personal care, dressing, preparing meals, house cleaning, property maintenances, community access and using public transport.
As Receptionist and Program Support Officer, you will provide efficient administration and rostering support to the HACC PYP team and other Morwell based staff. The role will oversee rostering and scheduling requirements on a daily basis to ensure shifts are covered with the most appropriate staff and allocations are aligned with consumer need. The role will also assist with various administrative, financial and customer service tasks.

About you
To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a Certificate in Business Administration or extensive experience in reception, administration and rostering support roles. Previous experience in a human services organisation would be advantageous.
You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload with conflicting tasks and deadlines. A strong initiative and proactive attitude are essential to this role. Strong communication, organisation and computer literacy skills is also key.
