What is the role?
We are looking for your extraordinary skills as a Management Accountant – Aged Care, to support Carinity’s Finance & Administration dynamic work environment. Your primary responsibilities are financial analysis, cost management, and reporting tailored to the unique needs of our aged care facilities.
The role is based in Carinity’s Head Office in the northern city fringe suburb of Gaythorne, close to shops, cafés, and a variety of public transport options. The campus is surrounded by trees and offers ample free parking on site.
What do I need?
- Tertiary Qualification/s in Finance, Business Accounting, or similar relevant discipline and Professional accounting Qualification (CPA or CA).
- Demonstrated strong and detailed knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proven experience in the preparation of budgets, GL reconciliations, financial reporting, benchmarking, and financial statements.
- Previous experience with large system accounting software such as Technology One and resident Data/ Billing systems would be desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
