The Role – Marketing Specialist
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing campaigns that enhance member value, boost engagement, and foster growth in membership, partnerships, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution: Develop, deliver, and measure the impact of below-the-line campaigns for membership growth, product marketing, and event promotion. From website content to social media engagement, your creativity will be key in crafting compelling marketing materials.
Communications Campaign & Projects: Develop internal and external communication strategies that effectively promote our organisation. Your eDMs and campaigns will improve our positioning and create demand while ensuring optimal member engagement.
Content Creation & Governance: Prepare written and digital materials to engage members and stakeholders effectively. You’ll oversee website content, ensuring it aligns with our communication strategy and drives continuous improvement.
Brand Development: Contribute to the development of our brand through innovative strategies and programs. You’ll ensure brand consistency across all marketing elements and identify partnership opportunities to maximize brand impact.
Stakeholder Relationships & Member Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements and organisational objectives. Your efforts will contribute to our overall growth in membership and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related business discipline is advantageous.
- Experience in membership associations or similar campaigns is highly regarded.
- Proven experience in end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Excellent creative thinking and strategy skills.
- Extensive experience in social media management, web content creation, and SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency in CRM and CMS tools, Canva, Photoshop, Monday, SharePoint, and Campaign Monitor (or equivalent).
- A reliable and consistent work ethic, with a passion for working in the healthcare space.
