The Change Manager is accountable for developing and leading the Change Management strategy and approach to support the Project Management Office (PMO) to effectively manage the implementation and management of Yooralla strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
All employees are responsible for:
- Promoting and protecting the human rights of people with disability, in accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) (2008);
- Working to ensure high-quality and safe supports and services for NDIS participants, meeting and exceeding the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
- Meeting obligations under all relevant Victorian and Commonwealth legislation.
- Working in accordance with the Yooralla Code of Conduct and Employee Manual.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Develop all aspects of the change management strategy and approach required to successfully implement transformational change across strategic Yooralla projects.
- Develop and implement communications related processes to support and drive change management initiatives linked to strategic Yooralla projects.
- Ensure change management plan dependencies such as stakeholder engagement, Yooralla future state impacts, change readiness and change sustainability is understood at an organisational level and managed accordingly.
- Support and promote change management strategies based on analysis and understanding of change impacts at an operational level to ensure awareness and engagement of staff at all levels.
- Development of organisational change management methodology and practice by supporting ongoing capability development programs and organisational education.
- Support and promote change management strategies based on analysis and understanding of change impacts at an operational level to ensure awareness and engagement of staff at all levels.
- Provide advice and coaching to Yooralla leadership in understanding, influencing, imbedding, and sustaining transformational change.
- Partner with and influence Yooralla Communications Team, Learning & Development and People & Culture specialists in the formulation of Change Management strategy and planning.
Selection Criteria
Mandatory Requirements:
- Current National Police Record Check
- International Police Check (if required)
- Current driver’s licence to drive in Australia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s level degree in business, HR, psychology or related discipline
- PROSCI Change Management Practitioner Certification (Desirable); PMBOK / Prince 2 Project Management Certification (Desirable)
Professional Experience
- Considerable Change Management experience in supporting the delivery of cross-functional projects; experience driving change and the ability to set direction is also required
- Managed a range of change management projects across the full project life cycle, managing stakeholder engagement to ensure desired change is both effectively implemented and sustainedStrong analytical, problem solving and solution identification skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer focus background with commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability.
