To engage oneself in the transforming lives of young women, being an enabler in the said
process and able to implement the reintegration model of Kshamata in an effective manner
? Ensuring basic needs of women are met
? Facilitating meetings of the residential women meeting on a regular basis
? Feedback and observations to the team members
? Spending one-on-one and group time with the women
? Mediating conflicts and handling grievances of the women
? Ensuring overall wellbeing of the women
? Ensuring discipline and routine is adhered by the women at the center
? Facilitating in making Kitchen Rota and maintained by women
? Ensuring Kitchen hygiene by women
? Participating and contributing in case management process
? Coordination with volunteers and mentors
? Enabling and accompanying women for health and education related visits etc.
? Facilitating the process in making documents of women (Pan Card, Adhaar, Bank
account)
? Conduct health and nutrition sessions
? Ensure overall cleanliness maintained of Center
? Supervising Personal and menstrual hygiene of women
? Storage supervision
? Maintaining all records; Maintaining files of the women
? Filling up monthly review form of individual women
? Ensuring safe space for women to share and a clean environment
? Any responsibilities as agreed upon by the team
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation â BSW/Graduate
Female Candidate only
Experience: 1-2 years
Qualities
? Self-Motivated
? Communication and Listening skills
? Good Verbal Written English, Hindi & Marathi Skills
? Loads of Patience, Caring and Compassionate towards the women and girls.
? Energetic
? Willingness to Learn and adapt
? Good observation and assessment skills

? Able to engage in conflict resolution and crisis management
