Inclusion and Well Being Co-ordinatorWe are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering seamless service through proactive and efficient administration to join us as an Inclusion & Wellbeing Coordinator in our Human Resources team at Harrods. You will be crucial in providing administrative support for DEI & Wellbeing initiatives to foster a diverse, equitable and inclusive environmentAbout the RoleReporting directly to the Inclusion & Wellbeing Strategy Lead, we are seeking a proactive and organised individual that will play a pivotal part in supporting and coordinating our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Wellbeing initiatives.You will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and organising regular DEI & Wellbeing meetings, as well as ad hoc meetings, to facilitate project activities, including tracking attendance and distributing action items.
- Assisting in the preparation of meeting documentation such as agendas and figures, and facilitating training sessions with both internal and external partners.
- Monitoring and reporting on training attendance, following up with colleagues as needed, and maintaining accurate records for evaluation purposes.
- Continuously updating DEI & Wellbeing information across various platforms, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
- Coordinating the maintenance and activities of the Mental Health First Aider community, including updating member details and ensuring training records are up to date.
- Supporting communication and engagement efforts across multiple sites to promote awareness and participation in DEI & Wellbeing initiatives.
- Preparing and distributing communication materials, such as newsletters and announcements, to raise awareness for upcoming events and resources.
- Managing inquires and requests related to DEI & Wellbeing programmes, providing timely and helpful responses.
- Handling procurement processes, invoice management, and supplier communication.
About YouAs the Inclusion & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will have proven experience in administrative support roles. You will be a proactive individual, with a good attention to detail. You will be a confident communicator and are comfortable building relationships across both internal and external stakeholders across the business. You will have the resilience to be able to push back when necessary and be solution-focused.You will also:
- Have excellent working knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio.
- Have the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Have the ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
- Have a strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
