Under the supervision and technical guidance of the Child Rights Monitoring Specialist, and in close cooperation with the multi-disciplinary programme team, ICT/T4D Associate and innovation and social and behavioral change consultants, the Digital Transformation and Innovation Officer will support the development, coordination, and monitoring of innovations, and will provide ongoing technical support to each programme team in the design and implementation of their respective innovation flagship initiatives.

Task description:

• Support to program development, planning and management
• Technical and operational support to program implementation
• Networking and partnership building
• Knowledge management and capacity building

The following minimum requirements:

• University degree in one of the following fields: Social Sciences, Community Development or Information Technology.
• At least one year of demonstrated experience in programme management, monitoring and evaluation at the national or international level.
• Advanced level of English, fluency in Serbian.

The following desirables:

• Experience in user-experience journeys, product development and product management.
• Knowledge and understanding of social protection system functioning.
• Experience in start-up companies/organizations.
• Experience in integrating social and behavioral change requirements into product design and development.
• Entrepreneurial failures are considered as valuable experience.
