Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years.
Role and Responsibilities:
– Preparing accounting documentation including voucher preparation.
– Preparing monthly and quarter wise statement of expenditure
– Prepare budget utilization statement of funding agency.
– Responsible for keeping the accounts, financial statements like receipts and payments, Variance reports, budgets, TDS, bank reconciliation statements.
– Keep all reimbursements records in order for accounting and tax evaluation purposes.
– Assistance during internal audit, statutory audit and statutory filings
– Maintaining appropriate files/records/documents towards meeting legal and statutory requirements.
– Any other office related jobs, suggested or as required by the organisation.
