OVERVIEW
Elrha is inviting proposals for the design work, user testing, and technical refinement of the Humanitarian Innovation Support Library (HISL). This initiative is aimed at finalizing the HISL interface design, ensuring it is professional, neutral, and serves as a sector-wide resource, while enhancing the platform’s usability and inclusivity through comprehensive user testing and technical refinement.
OBJECTIVES
This project focuses on three primary objectives:

Professional and Inclusive Design Implementation:
- Finalize the HISL interface design using Miraheze, ensuring it adheres to professional standards and neutrality.
- Foster a culture of open learning, accessibility, and inclusivity.

User Testing and Technical Refinement:
- Conduct extensive user testing to ensure HISL’s usability and effectiveness.
- Implement necessary technical adjustments based on user feedback.

Future Development and Strategic Alignment:
- Develop strategic recommendations for HISL’s future development.
- Ensure alignment with Elrha’s strategic goals and communication strategy.
TIMELINE
- Proposal Submission Deadline: May 20, 2024

- Interviews: June 1 to June 5, 2024
- Contract Award: June 10, 2024
SELECTION PROCESS
- Proposal Requirements: Submissions must include a detailed approach to achieve the required deliverables, a proposed budget, and examples of relevant past work.
