To be successful in this role we expect you to have at least 3 years` experience in conducting investigations/audits, preferably within a compliance or ethics-focused role. Moreover, we expect you to demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach showcasing an ability to initiate and drive impactful change. Effectively communicate complex findings and recommendations, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization. Moreover, we also expect the following:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
- Familiarity with internal auditing processes and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse and cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Ukrainian.
