Are you detail oriented? Do you enjoy working with numbers on a computer, and you want to improve your Excel skills? Join our Administration Team.
What we are offering:
Your tasks will consist of entering information into our databases, sorting, classifying and archiving documents. You will have the opportunity to learn the basics of financial and administrative management of a community organization, interact with others during Depot activities, and gain work experience in a warm and welcoming team.
About the Depot*: Founded in 1986, The Depot is a community-based non-profit organization (NPO) that works collaboratively with its community to address the root causes of hunger and poverty in NDG and the surrounding areas, in a manner that ensures dignity, community engagement, and the development of human potential. Eligibility and working conditions:
- This position is offered through the Canada Summer Jobs program. Link to the Eligibility Criterias.
- Supervisor: Marguerite Kinfack (Director of Administration).
- Workplace: our office in NDG (Montreal)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, during our office hours.
