About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. This senior role involves strategy, campaign and project management, brand management, creative development, hands-on digital marketing, team leadership, and PR. You will work with key internal and external stakeholders to drive Free to Feed’s enterprise, keeping our cooking experiences and event offerings in the spotlight through strategic and consistent marketing activities that uphold the Free to Feed brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Support the Head of Marketing to develop and deliver Free to Feed’s annual marketing and revenue strategy.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, communications, and key sales messages for all our event and experience offerings.
- Lead Free to Feed’s content and digital strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, our website, blog, search, and eDMs.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing best practices and trends.
Campaign & Project Management:
- Lead the strategy development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, communications, and content across various channels.
- Develop campaign briefs, key messages, and communication schedules.
- Measure, report, and analyse campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead key content or event marketing partnerships as they arise.
Public Relations:

Draft press releases and nurture media contacts to promote Free to Feed’s projects, campaigns, and events.
Team & Culture:
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a team culture of cohesion, collaboration, shared problem-solving, and innovation.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in all marketing activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and managing marketing/advertising campaigns across owned, paid, and earned media.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple activities.
- Experience in integrated content creation across digital, social media, paid media, and print.
- Proficiency in design and branding, with hands-on experience in Canva/Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Passion for visual storytelling and language.
- Experience in brand management and public relations is desirable.
