About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth and Innovation Manager to join our Strategy, Growth, and Transformation Directorate.
In this new role, you will be instrumental in driving growth strategies (non-tender related business development), expanding our services, and fostering innovation aligned with our 2024-2028 Strategy. You will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities through fee-for-service models and commercialisation of innovative projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation’s growth trajectory and contribute to positive social impact.

About you

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualified in a related field such as Business or Marketing.

- For this position we are paying $165,000 – $180,000pa depending on experience, plus superannuation and salary packaging.
