About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth and Innovation Manager to join our Strategy, Growth, and Transformation Directorate.

In this new role, you will be instrumental in driving growth strategies (non-tender related business development), expanding our services, and fostering innovation aligned with our 2024-2028 Strategy. You will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities through fee-for-service models and commercialisation of innovative projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation’s growth trajectory and contribute to positive social impact.

About you

You will be ready to put your expertise to good use in this new, exciting role.

You’ll bring significant experience in a similar or related role with demonstrated leadership skills, a proven ability to influence others across all organisational levels, and extensive connections in both commercial and philanthropic networks.

As a confident and adaptable professional, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment requiring you to be agile and flexible with a continuous improvement mindset. You are also well regarded for your ability to think laterally and creatively and be innovative in finding workabout solutions to complex problems.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualified in a related field such as Business or Marketing.

  • For this position we are paying $165,000 – $180,000pa depending on experience, plus superannuation and salary packaging.
