The Embassy is seeking to recruit a Corporate Services Team (CST) Intern to assist with numerous administrative tasks and projects. The jobholder will support administrative functions carried out within the Corporate Services section, assisting all areas with specific projects, such as import/export processes, transport coordination for all staff, drafting of Note Verbales, organising events within the CS team, supporting the Protocol team with managing different agreements for the Embassy. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the innerworkings of an Embassy and to develop valuable professional skills through real-world experiences in a diplomatic setting. The ideal candidate would manage their own time and workload effectively and be able to deliver the requirements of the job. Additionally, they would approach challenges, wins and failures as opportunities to learn. Being able to respond appropriately to feedback is also important as this is part of the continuous learning and improvement process. |
