How can you make a difference?
The Administrative Officer ensures the office’s administrative operations and services are in compliance with the organization’s administrative policy, procedures, rules and regulations with the following key accountabilities, duties and tasks:
- Policy, procedures and strategies
- Budget management
- Administrative support and services
- Property management
- Contract arrangement and control
- Staff learning and development
- Partnership, coordination and collaboration
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities assigned as required.

The following minimum requirements:
- Education: University degree in social sciences, business management, administration, finance or any other relevant field of discipline.
- Work Experience: Two years of relevant professional work experience with both national and international work experience in office management, administration, finance, accounting, ICT, human resources, supply or any other relevant function.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in French and a good working knowledge of English is required.
