The Role:
Oxfam in Bangladesh is looking for a seasoned professional to provide high-quality operational support to the country programme, in a way that recognizes, supports, and addresses the needs to deliver on our missions and of organizations we are in partnership with, in line with our Strategic Partnership Model, while ensuring that Oxfam’s policies, procedures, and minimum standards are adhered to and applied fairly at all times.
What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion in all you do.
An ideal candidate for the role will also be/have:
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis and providing a range of finance services, ideally with 06 years of experience for a reputed National or International NGO.
- Experiences in coordination with Statutory audits and NGOAB audits, Knowledge of donor requirements, local laws, and regulations
- CA partly/fully qualified. Post-qualification Degree in accountancy and equivalent Significant staff management experience and skill in developing a team.
- Effective communication skills including the ability to deliver complex and technical messages in simple terms.
