Act as the custodian of the client relationship and face of the business selling transactional mail and multi channel solutions to your customers! If you have the skill to build relationships by understanding your client’s industry, driving service excellence through anticipating their needs and addressing customer pain points then we want to hear from you!Business Development Manager | Transactional Mail & Multi-Channel Solutions | UK – Remote | £60k plus commissionAn organisation with a rich heritage of partnering with financial and business services as well as the public sector to help improve communication between organisations and their customers. Offering a consultative approach, building a two-way customer communication strategy that puts customers’ communication preferences at its core with multi site capabilities.As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • New business development and management of existing accounts
  • Working with the Sales Director setting and delivering a new sales strategy for transactional print and multi-channel solutions
  • Targeting business across multiple sectors including utilities, financial services and insurance companies
  • Cross selling the groups range of services
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships and attending client meetings on site

Key attributes required:

  • Background in business development from existing or new accounts, looking for a progressive move when you can grow and develop
  • Experience in selling into a range of market sectors such as financial services and utilities industry
  • Ability to build and create strong relationships
  • Solutions approach to selling
  • Ambitious individual seeking long term career development opportunities
