About The Role
The Hobart Clinic is looking to recruit mental health specialists to work in our multidisciplinary model of care, to develop and facilitate therapeutic groups focused on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and programs for addictive behaviours, anxiety, and depression.
We are seeking skilled facilitators who have an empathetic approach and strong communication skills to create a safe, therapeutic environment where patients and clients feel heard and valued. All The Hobart Clinic mental health and wellbeing programs are evidence-based, trauma-informed, client centred incorporating a harm-minimisation philosophy
