Development of the campaign for raising awareness and promoting Government’s Energy Efficiency Programme 

The main objective of this Terms of Reference is to engage an experienced supplier to support the collaborative efforts of the Ministry of Energy and Mining, Eco Fund, and UNDP in Montenegro to  increase understanding and awareness of the importance of energy efficiency and its positive impacts on the quality of life of people in Montenegro, as well as the protection of the environment.  

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website:  https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
