Description of the Assignment:
The United Nations Development Program in Collaboration with The Ministry of Tinkhundla Administration and Development seeks to engage the services of an Individual Consultant to support the establishment, delivery and monitoring of a public engagement mechanism across all 59 Tinkhundla.
The ideal candidate should poses:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Media, Communications or the equivalent of 5 years’ experience in Media, Communications and or Community Development space.
- At least five years working experience in producing a range of communication materials;
- A capable organizer, with excellent team skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Knowledge and appreciation of community development, gender, health, and socio-economic landscape.
- Strong networking skills; and
- Report writing and presentation skills
Period of assignment/services: 6 Months.
