En assurant les clients un service de qualité exceptionnel, le titulaire du poste de Gerant(e) de compte est responsable de toutes interactions avec les clients sur tout ce qui a rapport avec les commandes, de la conception à la livraison de même que promouvoir les produits. Le candidat idéal aura un esprit d’équipe, possèdera un souci du détail, excellera dans un environnement dynamique et une facilité d’adaptation aux nouvelles priorités.

Fonctions principales
Établir de bonnes relations avec les nouveaux et les clients existants.
Assister les clients afin de combler leurs besoins.
Trouver des solutions appropriées et répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone ou courriels avec professionnalisme dans les délais prescrits.
Préparer les soumissions.
Identifier et gérer les opportunités de ventes.
Effectuer la prise des commandes et vérifier que les informations sont exactes, et gérer les écarts qui peuvent survenir dans l’exécution d’une commande.
Communication quotidienne avec plusieurs départements internes.
Effectuer la mise à jour de diverses données dans le système informatique.
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Compensation: entre 40,000$ – 42,000$ / an
Aptitudes et compétences recherchées
Une bonne connaissance du logiciel Office.
Excellente habilitées de communication (orale et écrite).
Compétence accrue pour la résolution de problème.
Habilité à gérer efficacement les priorités à l’intérieur des échéanciers.

We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our customer service team. While maintaining an exceptional level of customer service, the Account Manager is responsible for all interactions with customers relating to overseeing orders from design to delivery as well as promoting various products. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, and has the ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and work well in a team environment.

Main Tasks
Foster solid relationships with existing and new customers.
Identify and satisfy customer needs.
Investigate solutions and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via telephone or email.
Process and follow up on quotations.
Identify and handle potential sales opportunities.
Review all incoming orders to ensure all information is correct and handle any discrepancies that may arise in the fulfillment of an order.
Daily communication with various internal departments.
Updating various data in the system.
Carry out all other tasks inherent to the position.
Computer literate-good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle many projects efficiently within set deadlines.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Bilingual
Knowledge of manufacturing is an asset.
