Your impact
You’ll lead a team of clinicians, peer and support workers across a number of mental health services and make a genuine difference to the heath and wellbeing of individuals, their carers and families in the Murrumbidgee region of NSW.
The role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Service Manager to join the dynamic, supportive, and flexible team to provide high quality evidence-based services in the Murrumbidgee region. The role leads the team in providing medium-term clinical services for adults who are experiencing mental health and other issues.
The programs aim to provide support and therapies for people living with mental health issues, and their families and carers. You will be accountable for the delivery of services ensuring efficient, effective, safe and high-quality consumer management and clinical / psychosocial service delivery consistent with best practice guidelines.

What you bring
You will have previous experience in a program management and/ or health services management role alongside demonstrated leadership experience of a multidisciplinary team.
Additionally you will have:
- Experience planning for and delivering on team objectives and deliverables, monitoring and developing team and individual performance
- Qualifications as an allied health professional (e.g. psychologist, social worker, mental health nurse, occupational therapist, or Aboriginal mental health worker)
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and consultation skills to work effectively with all stakeholders and achieve positive outcomes
- High level of computer literacy, including demonstrated experience with report writing and electronic client information management systems
- Current unrestricted drivers’ license and willingness to travel as part of the role.
