Job description
We have an exciting opportunity to join a very niche and highly recognised legal 500 law firm, this Legal Secretary position will allow you to work alongside and support one of the biggest Housing and Property Litigation departments in the UK. Due to the rapid expansion of their Housing Management and Property Litigation Team they are seeking to recruit a full-time Secretary to work within their Birmingham office.The role will focus on (but not limited to):
- Audio and copy typing and document processing;
- Formatting documents and any other relevant documentation as directed;
- Diary management for the fee earner(s);
- Provide proactive support in terms of mailbox/file management
- Travel arrangements
- Manage workload capacity and provide regular updates to the Secretary Coordinator
Experience/Skills:
- Experience working as a Legal Administrator or Secretary
- Able to manage busy workload.
- The ability to build good relationships
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, Excel, PPT, document management systems)
- A high attention to detail to produce work / documentation which is consistently of a high standard
