The Opportunity:

Take Two offers therapeutic services for infants, children, and young people who have experienced trauma, neglect, and disrupted attachment. The program includes the Intensive Therapeutic Service, a Victoria-wide initiative funded by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, managed by Berry Street. We are seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee the Loddon, East Metro and Enrich clinical teams in the Northern and Western regions.

As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee the operation of clinical teams, manage partnerships, implement new clinical initiatives, and represent Take Two in both internal and external activities, including teaching and committee membership. You will be responsible for practice development, strategic management, clinical risk governance, and the ongoing improvement of Take Two’s clinical services. Additionally, you will handle staff and student recruitment, development, and safety management within clinical practice and work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage clinical teams across multiple offices.
  • Oversee practice development, clinical risk governance, and service improvement.
  • Implement new clinical initiatives and represent Take Two in various forums.
  • Ensure high-quality clinical services and staff development.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven leadership in a clinical setting, with experience working with young people and families.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Health or Welfare related field (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work) and postgraduate qualifications.
  • Strong alignment with Berry Street’s values and commitment to community welfare and justice.
