Development of a Municipal Property Records Information System for the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro

UNDP in Montenegro is providing support to the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro to meet the needs of municipalities by developing  an information system which will record information on the property belonging to each municipality. The information system must be developed as a web-oriented solution (web application), and the data to be collected in this system must be stored in a centralized database based on a relational model. A user authorization system based on user accounts needs to be developed, along with a module that allows the creation and administration of users and their permissions. All user activities within the web application must be automatically recorded through transaction logs in the database. 

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website:  https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.
