Your Role:
- Provide direct one-on-one support to children with additional needs, ensuring their growth and development are nurtured.
- Infuse your passion into creating and delivering adjustments to the learning environment as needed for all children under your care.
- Collaborate with the coordinator and educational leader to develop detailed documentation to support neuro divergent children’s inclusion within the OSHC environment.
- Build meaningful connections with stakeholders, fellow educators and families, fostering an inclusive community for our children.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECQA equivalent
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Two years minimum experience working within an inclusion support role
- First Aid Certificate
- Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks
- Working Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, and My Time Our Place learning framework.
- Effective workplace communication skills
- Availability to work across ten shifts per week
- Quality documentation and record keeping relating to inclusion support requirements.
