Job Profile: Accounts & Admin Executive

Location: Mangaon,Raigad,Maharashtra.

Experience: 2-5 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for encompassing, reviewing and reconciling accounts and taking up tasks related to bookkeeping.
• In addition to this, you will have to carry out accounting work related to taxes.
• You will also have to process payments to external partners and maintain updated records of invoices.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
• Oversee housekeeping and transportation services to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Coordinate with vendors for various services such as canteen, catering, courier delivery, etc.
• Provide support to senior management on general administration matters as needed.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial management software and spreadsheets (e.g. Tally ERP, Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insights.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
