Role Purpose: To effectively and efficiently support the Sales Teams through the delivery of excellent customer service.Key Activities:Manage FOC Product & Literature Orders:
- Order FOC product and literature through multiple systems for Sales teams, Marketing, Contract Tenders, Emergency patient feed, MSMA, QA, S Chain, IRL, meeting stakeholder expectations consistently.
- Organize uplifts of products & materials, managing the most cost-effective options.
Sample Service Queries:
- Responsible for resolving sample service queries and associated communications with external parties.
Administrative Support for Activities/Events:
- Reproduction of all training/education, ward/hospital resources required by Sales Teams.
- Management, preparation, and dispatch of various in-house mailings covering critical communications to HCPs, product promotion, educational days, and key messaging from the business (including innovation).
Manage the HCP GDPR Consent:
- Accountable for the ongoing, compliant management of HCP GDPR “unsubscribe” requests from HCPs/Sales team.

- Methodical and highly organized with the ability to manage business deadlines.
- Experience with business systems/online portals, including Outlook, SOP, Salesforce, Excel & Microsoft Office.
- Builder of connections with internal & external stakeholders.
- Personable, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Able to review and prioritize changing workloads.
- Good team working skills and able to quickly/effectively exchange tasks with colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multi-task and operate comfortably in a fast-paced environment, with high attention to detail.
Scope and Impact:
- Providing essential support to over 100 Sales employees.
- Ensure compliance with business policies, such as HCS & GDPR.
- Work across the business with multiple stakeholders & tackle a diverse range of tasks.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Indirectly contributing to business goals and driving sales.
Salary: £23,400
