Uniting is seeking a dynamic and organised Portfolio Management Officer to join our team in the Sydney CBD. This role is critical in providing general administration support, organisation and coordination support, and general assistance to the Portfolio Management team, ensuring the effective delivery of Portfolio Management functions across Uniting.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Support: Assist in team activities and administrative support.
- Purchase Orders & Invoices: Handle creation, review, and processing.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and maintain the contract database.
- Document Management: Oversee SharePoint and document management.
- Systems Coordination: Maintain team management systems.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide professional support, including word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Manage meetings, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Calendar Management: Organise the calendar and coordinate meetings.
- Event Organisation: Arrange events, travel, and accommodation.
- Financial Assistance: Assist with budget preparation and financial discrepancies.
- Presentation Development: Create complex presentations for various platforms.
- Property Processes: Assist with acquisitions, sales, and contracts.
- Project Support: Coordinate project-related events and stakeholder liaison.
Experience and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised and accurate.
- Relationship Management: Strong ability to forge relationships and manage through influence.
- Task Coordination: Proven experience in task coordination and stakeholder management.
- Microsoft Suite: Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Team Support: Experience in supporting diverse teams.
- Presentation & SharePoint: Skilled in creating presentations and managing SharePoint.
- Systems Solutions: Experience in selecting and implementing systems solutions.
