- University degree, preferably in a mechanical or civil engineering / infrastructure field.
- At least 5 years’ working experience related to the provision of deployable infrastructure and auxiliary services in Arctic conditions.
- Proficiency in writing SOWs, reports, technical documents and correspondence in English.
- Knowledge of the specifics in the requirement/standards of the Nordic nations, related to the temporary Arctic compatible deployable infrastructure.
- Required organizational skills to work with big data and the ability to transform it into meaningful project-related information.
- In addition, a technically-proficient working knowledge of Norwegian would be considered an advantage.

IMPORTANT NOTES
In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for
a 6-month period. The working language will mainly be English.
The duty stations will be Afghanistan, Luxembourg or any other area as required.
